on13 is a completely decoupled, anonymous review platform built to help people make profoundly informed decisions about the products and services they buy, the companies they choose to work for, patronize as customers, or support as vendors.

Our platform draws deep inspiration from the natural characteristics of the Bluejay—a bird celebrated for its heightened awareness, sharp intelligence, and fearless, vocal communication. The Bluejay acts as an ecosystem sentry, calling out hidden truths and keeping its community safe.

How reviews work

on13 collects anonymized, reviewer-typed feedback (current employee, past employee, customer, or vendor/supplier) across five thematic domains per category, scored on a five-point emoji scale, with an N/A option for domains that don't apply. Identity is decoupled server-side via a salted, irreversible hash before storage — raw account identifiers are never retained alongside review content.

Submissions are rate-limited and screened with honeypot fields to deter automated manipulation, and every reviewer attests that their submission is true and factual before it is published.
