2. Attestation of Truthfulness

Every review submission requires explicit, affirmative confirmation that the content is true, factual, and free from misrepresentation. This attestation is a binding representation, not a formality.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false, exaggerated, or materially misleading statements about any corporate entity
• Coordinated or automated submission campaigns intended to manipulate aggregate ratings
• Defamatory statements made with knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard for the truth
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, honeypot fields, or identity-decoupling safeguards
• Submitting fraudulent tracking records, including spoofed fingerprints or falsified reviewer-type claims

4. Enforcement

Violations of Section 3 are detected through our automated integrity verification layers and may result in permanent blacklisting of the associated pseudonymous identity token and immediate purging of the offending submission, without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may be referred to the appropriate authorities where conduct may constitute civil defamation or fraud under applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

on13 disclaims liability for user-generated review content to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users submitting content remain individually and fully liable for its accuracy and legality under the laws of their jurisdiction.
